องค์ประกอบคุณลักษณะการเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนเของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชน

Abstract

           งานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพคุณลักษณะการเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนเของสถาบันอุดมศึกษา เอกซน และเพื่อตรวจสอบความกลมกลืนขององค์ประกอบคุณลักษณะการเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนเของสถาบัน อุดมศึกษาเอกซนกับข้อมูลเซิงประจักษ์ เป็นการศึกษาเซิงสำรวจ เครื่องมือ คือ แบบสอบถามเพื่อสอบถามสภาพคุณลักษณะ การเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนเของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกซนจากกลุ่มผู้บริหาร อาจารย์ และเจ้าหน้าที่ในสถาบันอุดมศึกษา เอกซน จำนวน 716 คน สถิติพรรณาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติอนุมาน วิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเซิงยืนยันผลการวิจัยพบว่าสภาพคุณลักษณะการเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนเของสถาบันอุดมศึกษา เอกซนทั้ง 7ลักษณะ โดยรวมแล้วมีค่าอยู่ในระดับมากยกเว้นในด้านการจัดการความรู้ในองค์การอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และองค์ประกอบคุณลักษณะการเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนเของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกซนทั้ง 7 ลักษณะ มีความสอดคล้อง กลมกลืนกับข้อมูลเซิงประจักษ์

           This research aimed to study characteristics of learning organizations of the private tertiary education institutions and to investigate the simulation with confirmatory factor analysis on learning organizations of the private tertiary education institutions. A series of questionnaires were used to survey the characteristics influencing learning organizations of the private tertiary education institutions with 716 participants who were administrators, lecturers and supporting staff. The collected data was subsequently analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and confirmatory factor analysis. The findings of the research revealed that the characteristics of learning organizations of the private of tertiary education institutions on all 7 aspects appeared to be at high level as a whole, with the exception of the knowledge management in the organization which was found at a moderate level. The simulation with confirmatory factor analysis on learning organizations of the private tertiary education institutions on all 7 aspects were conformed with the empirical data.
