สภาพและปัญหาการใช้ไอซีทีในการเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเองและการส่งเสริมผลการเรียนรู้ ตามกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษา

Abstract

           บทความวิชาการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอสภาพและปัญหาการใช้ไอซีทีในการเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเองและแนวทาง การใช้ไอซีทีในการเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเองสำหรับนักศึกษาปริญญาตรีที่ส่งเสริมผลการเรียนรู้ตามกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิ ระดับอุดมศึกษาโดยทำการศึกษาจากการทบทวนวรรณกรรมและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวช้องแล้วทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อสรุปผล
           ผลการศึกษาสรุปว่า สภาพของนักศึกษาส่วนใหญ่มีการใช้ไอซีทีในการเรียนรู้ โดยการใช้อินเทอร์เน็ต เพื่อการค้นคว้าหาข้อมูลทางวิชาการ ค้นหาข้อมูลประกอบการเรียนและทำรายงาน สืบค้นข้อมูลและเนื้อหาวิชาที่เรียน โดยนักศึกษามีการเรียนรู้วิธีการสืบค้นของโปรแกรมค้นหาด้วยตนเอง อย่างไรก็ตามผลการวิจัยเอกสารทำให้ทราบว่า การใช้ไอซีทีในการเรียนรู้ของนักศึกษานั้น ยังขาดความสามารถในการเข้าถึงสารสนเทศบนอินเทอร์เน็ต ไม่สามารถ สืบค้น ตีความและประเมินสารสนเทศเพื่อการคิด วิเคราะห์ แก้ไขปัญหาด้วยตนเองได้ ซึ่งเป็นความสามารถที่ถูกระบุ อยู่ในผลการเรียนรู้ด้านทักษะทางปัญญาตามกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษาและแนวทางการใช้ไอซีทีในการเรียนรู้ ด้วยตนเองเพื่อส่งเสริมผลการเรียนรู้ตามกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษาสามารถทำได้โดยบูรณาการใช้เทคโนโลยี บนอินเทอร์เน็ตกับกระบวนการศึกษาค้นคว้าด้วยตนเองในกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ซึ่งเป็นทักษะด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยี สารสนเทศที่ส่งเสริมผลการเรียนรู้ด้านทักษะทางปัญญาตามกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษา

           The purpose of the article was to present conditions and problems of ICT in learning and the use of ICT in learning for undergraduate students and to promote learning by the Higher Education Qualifications Framework. It also studied conditions and problems of ICT in the learning of literature and research relevant to the analysis.
           The study concluded that the majority of students were using ICT in learning through the use of Internet for academic and research information, find information for study and report. Search for a course of study, students learn it how to query search engines manually. However, the results of this study showed that the use of ICT in the learning of the students were lack the ability to access information on the internet could not searched interpret and evaluated information critical thinking to solve problems by themselves, It was the ability to identified in the cognitive learning skills by Higher Education Qualifications Framework. The use of ICT in learning to promote learning within the Higher Education Qualifications Framework could be achieved by integrating the use of technology on the Internet, with the self-study learning activities, the use of information technology skills to promote the learning of cognitive skills by Higher Education Qualifications Framework.
