การจัดการที่มีประสิทธิผลของสหกรณ์นิคม: กรณีศึกษาสหกรณ์นิคมท่ายาง จำกัด

Abstract

           การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาการจัดการที่มีประสิทธิผลของสหกรณ์นิคมท่ายาง จำกัด (2) เปรียบ เทียบความพึงพอใจของสมาชิกต่อการจัดการการสหกรณ์นิคมท่ายาง จำกัด และ (3) ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาการจัดการ ที่มีประสิทธิผลของสหกรณ์นิคม เป็นการวิจัยเซิงสำรวจ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ สมาชิกสหกรณ์ จำนวน 332 คน ผู้นำกลุ่ม สมาชิก 12 คน คณะกรรมการ 9 คน เจ้าหน้าที่ของสหกรณ์ จำนวน 8 คน และเจ้าหน้าที่ส่งเสริมสหกรณ์ 1 คน สถิติที่ใช้ ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ สถิติพรรณนาเพื่อหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบสมมติฐานใช้สถิติ การแจกแจงแบบทีและการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว
           ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
           1.สหกรณ์นิคมท่ายาง จำกัด มีสภาวะแวดล้อมและปัจจัยนำเข้าระดับปานกลาง มีกระบวนการจัดการอยู่ใน ระดับมาก ส่งผลให้ประสิทธิผลในการจัดการ ทางเศรษฐกิจโดยเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับสูงกว่ามาตรฐานอุตสาหกรรม ทางสหกรณ์ อยู่ในระดับมาก และทางสมาชิกอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง
           2.สมาชิกที่มีอายุและรายได้ต่างกัน มีระดับความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดการของสหกรณ์ต่างกัน ส่วนสมาชิก ที่ระดับการศึกษาและระยะเวลาการเป็นสมาชิกต่างกันมีระดับความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดการของสหกรณ์ไม่ต่างกัน
           3.แนวทางการพัฒนาการจัดการให้เกิดประสิทธิผล ต้องวางแผนโดยให้ทุกฝ่ายโดยเฉพาะสมาชิกมีส่วนร่วม มากที่สุด มีการพัฒนาความรู้ ทักษะและเทคโนโลยีแก่บุคลากรฝ่ายจัดการอยู่เสมอ ส่งเสริม รณรงค์ให้สมาชิกร่วมกัน ระดมทุนเกิดความเข้มแข็งในด้านเงินทุนภายในให้มากขึ้น จัดการด้านธุรกิจด้วยการรวมกันซื้อและรวมกันขายให้เป็นไป ตามความต้องการของสมาซิก

           The purposes of this research were (1) to study the management effectiveness of Tha-Yang Land Settlement Cooperative, Ltd., (2) to compare members’ satisfaction towards management of Tha-Yang Land Settlement Cooperative, Ltd. and (3) to study approaches for the development of effective management. The data was collected from 12 leaders of member groups, 9 members of the implementation committee, 8 officers, and 332 members of Tha-Yang Land Settlement Cooperative, Ltd. The statistical methods were analyzed by percentage, mean and standard deviation, and hypothesis testing by student’s distribution and One-way ANOVA analysis.
           The findings revealed as follows;
           1.Management of Tha-Yang Land Settlement Cooperative, Ltd had effect environment and input factor, at medium level, and process factor at high level. The effectiveness of management (product), was at high level. The member factor was at medium level. The average productivity (economy) was higher than industrial standard.
           2.The members were varied and different in age and income factors, and also had different satisfaction level toward management, and but members with different education level had the similar level of satisfaction.
           3.Approach on management development should had effective development plan with utmost members participation, with knowledge development, skill and technology development to personnel management, promoting the members in funding campaign for financial strength, and managing sourcing and selling business to be in line with member’s requirements.
