การพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศทางการบัญชี : กรณีศึกษา กลุ่มข้าวกล้องงอกเพื่อสุขภาพ ตำบลไหล่หิน อำเภอเกาะคา จังหวัดลำปาง

บทคัดย่อ

บทความวิจัยนี้ เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการโครงการวิจัยเรื่องการจัดการธุรกิจชุมชนแบบมีส่วนร่วมของตำบลไหล่หิน อำเภอเกาะคา จังหวัดลำปาง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดทำระบบสารสนเทศทางการบัญชีของกลุ่มข้าวกล้องงอกเพื่อสุขภาพ ตำบลไหล่หิน อำเภอเกาะคา จังหวัดลำปาง ประชากรได้แก่ ผู้นำชุมชนและสมาชิกกลุ่มฯ เครื่องมือวิจัยคือการสัมภาษณ์ การสังเกต การสนทนากลุ่ม และการใช้แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มได้ระบบการจัดการแบบมีส่วนร่วม ประกอบด้วยมีผังโครงสร้างองค์กรและการกำหนดหน้าที่งานที่ชัดเจน มีขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงาน มีเอกสารทางธุรกิจ มีรูปแบบสมุดบัญชีและรายงานทางการเงิน และได้ระบบสารเทศทางการบัญชีแบ่งเป็นระบบบัญชีแยกประเภทและรายงานทางการเงิน ระบบการจัดการลูกค้าและระบบการจัดการสินค้า ส่งผลให้กลุ่มทราบผลการดำเนินงานและฐานะทางการเงินในแต่ละรอบระยะเวลาบัญชี ผลการประเมินการใช้ระบบ พบว่า ผู้ใช้งานมีความพึงพอใจต่อองค์ประกอบของระบบและประสิทธิภาพของระบบอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด แสดงว่าระบบสารสนเทศทางการบัญชีที่ได้พัฒนาขึ้นสามารถใช้งานได้อย่างประสิทธิภาพ นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่า ระบบสารสนเทศทางการบัญชีที่มีประสิทธิผลนั้น มีความยืดหยุ่นสามารถปรับเปลี่ยนรูปแบบและวิธีการให้เหมาะสมกับสภาพแวดล้อมขององค์กร การวิจัยแบบมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศทางการบัญชีนั้นทำให้สมาชิกกลุ่มฯ
เห็นประโยชน์ที่จะได้รับ จึงไม่มีการต่อต้านหรือการปฏิเสธระบบ รวมถึงการนำนักศึกษาเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานวิจัยทำให้นักศึกษาพัฒนาการเรียนรู้จากการปฏิบัติงานจริง สร้างสรรค์องค์ความรู้ใหม่พร้อมกับการพัฒนาชุมชน

Abstract

This research article is a part of the project entitled “Participatory Business Community Management of Lai Hin Sub-district, KoKha District, Lampang Province.” The purpose was to prepare the accounting information systems of the Germinate Brown Rice for Health Group of Lai Hin Sub-district, KoKha District, Lampang Province. The populations were the community leaders and members of the group. The research tools were interviewing, observation, group discussion, and satisfaction assessment form.

The results showed that the group gained the participatory management systems consisted of organization structure and segregation of duty, operation procedure, business documentation, bookkeeping form, and financial reporting form. Also gained the accounting information system consisted of general ledger and financial reporting system, customer management system, and inventory management system, these were affected the group to know their performance and financial position in each accounting period. The results of system assessment showed that their satisfaction was at the highest level, the accounting information system was performed effectiveness. Furthermore, the effectiveness accounting information system was flexible for organization environment. In addition to participatory action research accounting information system development affected the members of the group to accept the system. Includingly, the participation of student affected to improve their learning and created new knowledge as community development.
