การศึกษาการรับรู้และทัศนคติในการดำเนินงานกรีนไอทีสำหรับสถาบันอุดมศึกษา กรณีศึกษา : มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคาม

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการรับรู้และทัศนคติของบุคลากรที่มีต่อการดำเนินงาน
กรีนไอทีสำหรับสถาบันอุดมศึกษา ประชากร ได้แก่ บุคลากรทั้งสายวิชาการ และสายสนับสนุน มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคาม จำนวน 1000 คน คัดเลือกเป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยใช้ตารางเครซี่ มอร์แกน จำนวน 280 คน เครื่องมือในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบวัดการรับรู้กรีนไอที และแบบวัดทัศนคติที่มีต่อการดำเนินงานกรีนไอที สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ สถิติค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ด้านการรับรู้ บุคลากรมีผลการรับรู้ด้านกรีนไอทีในระดับมาก (x bar=4.30,
SD. x bar= 0.70) 2) ด้านทัศนคติ มีดังนี้ 2.1) บุคลากรมีทัศนคติด้านการยอมรับต่อกรีนไอทีในระดับมากที่สุด (x bar=4.61 , SD. x bar= 0.55) 2.2) บุคลากรมีทัศนคติด้านการปฏิบัติตามมาตรการกรีนไอทีในระดับมาก (x bar=4.30 , SD. x bar= 0.76) และ 2.3) บุคลากรมีทัศนคติด้านการเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีในการดำเนินการกรีนไอทีในระดับมาก (x bar=4.06 , SD. x bar= 0.77)

Abstract

This research aimed to study the perception and attitudes towards Green IT operation for higher education institutions. The Populations included 1,000 of both academic and support staff of Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University and the 280 samples whice random by using Crazy Morgan tables. The research tools were Green IT perception and attitude questionnaire. The statistics used in this research were basic statistics, mean, and standard deviation.

The research results found that 1) in the aspect of perception assessment, the staff had Green IT perception at a high level (x bar=4.30, SD. x bar= 0.70). 2) In the aspect of attitude, 2.1) the staff had their attitudes towards Green IT acceptance at a highest level (x bar=4.61 , SD. x bar= 0.55), 2.2) their attitudes toward practices in accordance with Green IT operation was at a high level (x bar=4.30 , SD. x bar= 0.76) and 2.3) their attitude on being a good role model in following Green IT operation was at the high level (x bar=4.06 , SD. x bar= 0.77).
