อิทธิพลของภาวะผู้นำเชิงสถานการณ์ที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงาน ของทีมงานของหัวหน้าส่วนบริษัทไปรษณีย์ไทย จำกัด

Abstract

            การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานของทีมงาน และปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพล ต่อประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานของทีมของหัวหน้าส่วนบริษัทไปรษณีย์ไทย จำกัด เก็บข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถาม จากหัวหน้า ระดับส่วนของบริษัท ไปรษณีย์ไทย จำกัด ณ ที^,ทำการสำนักงานใหญ่ จำนวน 146 คน เป็นการวิจัยเซิงปริมาณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า หัวหน้าส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุระหว่าง 36-45 ปี สถานภาพสมรส มีการศึกษาระดับปริญญาโท และดำรงตำแหน่งระดับหัวหน้าส่วนมาเป็นระยะเวลา 6-10 ปี
            ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ของหัวหน้าส่วน มีอิทธิพลทางบวกต่อภาวะผู้น่าเซิงสถานการณ์ การบริหารความขัดแย้ง และประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานของทีมงาน ภาวะผู้น่าเซิงสถานการณ์ของหัวหน้าส่วนมีอิทธิพล ทางบวกต่อการบริหารความขัดแย้ง และประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานของทีมงาน ลำดับสุดท้ายการบริหารความขัดแย้ง ของหัวหน้าส่วนงานมีอิทธิพลทางบวกต่อประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานของทีมงาน

            The purpose of this research was to study the operational effectiveness of the teamwork and factors affect the operational effectiveness of section chief teamwork at Thailand Post Co., Ltd. It was quantitative research with data were collected from 146 distributed questionnaires from its headquarters. The outcome of research revealed that majority of section chiefs was female in gender, with age between 36-45 years old, with married marital status, with graduate educational level and with held positions as section heads from six to ten years.
           Outcomes of research revealed that the emotional quotients (EQs) of section chiefs had positive effect toward situational leadership, conflict management, and the operational effectiveness of teamwork. Furthermore, situational leadership had positive effect toward conflict management and the operational effectiveness of the teamwork. Finally, conflict management by section chiefs had positive effect toward operational effectiveness of teamwork.
