การพัฒนาตัวแบบการเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ ของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชนในเขตภาคเหนือ

บทคัดย่อ

            งานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชนในเขตภาคเหนือ เพื่อพัฒนาตัวแบบการเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชนในเขตภาคเหนือและเพื่อตรวจสอบความกลมกลืนของตัวแบบการเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชนในเขตภาคเหนือกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ เป็นการศึกษาเชิงสำรวจ เครื่องมือเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชนในเขตภาคเหนือ จากกลุ่มบุคลากรที่ปฏิบัติงานในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชนในเขตภาคเหนือ จำนวน 618 คน สถิติพรรณนาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าสัมประสิทธิสหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน สถิติอนุมานได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์เส้นทาง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ตัวแบบการเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชนในเขตภาคเหนือมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ และปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลรวมต่อการเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชนในเขตภาพเหนือมากที่สุด คือ ปัจจัยด้านบรรยากาศและวัฒนธรรมองค์การ

Abstract

This research aimed to study the relation to influential factors in learning organizations of the private tertiary education institutions in the North, to develop of the learning organizations model of the private tertiary education institutions in the North and to investigate the learning organizations model of the private tertiary education institutions in the North with the empirical data. A series of questionnaires were used to survey factors related with learning organizations of the private tertiary education institutions in the North with 618 participants. The collected data were subsequently analyzed by frequency, percentage, Pearson correlation and path analysis. The findings of the research revealed that the learning organizations model of the private tertiary education institutions in the North were conformed with the empirical data and highest influential factors in learning organizations of the private tertiary education institutions in the North was the organizational atmosphere and culture.
