การพัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลของจังหวัดนครปฐม

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศทางภูมิศาสตร์ของจังหวัดนครปฐม และ (2) พัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลของจังหวัดนครปฐม กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาได้แก่ กลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญทางด้านการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศทางภูมิศาสตร์และการพัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลสารสนเทศ เพื่อประเมินคุณภาพของระบบสารสนเทศทางภูมิศาสตร์ของจังหวัดนครปฐม และระบบฐานข้อมูลของจังหวัดนครปฐม จำนวน 3 ท่าน กลุ่มผู้ใช้งานระบบสารสนเทศทางภูมิศาสตร์ของจังหวัดนครปฐมจำนวน 30 ท่าน และกลุ่มผู้ใช้งานระบบฐานข้อมูลของจังหวัดนครปฐม จำนวน 30 ท่าน รวมทั้งสิ้น 63 ท่าน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามประเมินคุณภาพและแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD.)

            ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความพึงพอใจต่อระบบสารสนเทศทางภูมิศาสตร์ของจังหวัดนครปฐมโดยผู้ใช้งาน พบว่า ผู้ใช้งานมีความพึงพอใจมากที่สุด คือ ด้านการออกแบบส่วนนำเข้าของข้อมูล อยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 4.43, S.D. = 0.46) รองลงมาด้านการออกแบบส่วนแสดงผลของข้อมูล อยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 4.09, S.D. = 0.56) และด้านการตอบสนอง ความเที่ยงตรงอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 3.98, S.D. = 0.55) ส่วนผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจต่อระบบฐานข้อมูลของจังหวัดนครปฐมโดยผู้ใช้งาน พบว่า ผู้ใช้งานมีความพึงพอใจมากที่สุด คือ ด้านการประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานต่อการแสดงผล อยู่ระดับมาก ( = 4.25, S.D. = 0.55) รองลงมาความพึงพอใจในภาพรวมของการทำงานของระบบ อยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 4.21, S.D. = 0.45) และกลุ่มของกระบวนการทำงาน อยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 4.16, S.D. = 0.64)

Abstract

This research aimed to develop (1) the geographic information system, and (2) the information database system of Nakhon Pathom Province. Samples of the study consisted of three experts on developing the geographical information system and the information database system of Nakhon Pathom Province; 30 users of the geographic information system of Nakhon Pathom Province; and 30 users of the information database system of Nakhon Pathom Province (n=63). Questionnaires and satisfying forms were used as the instruments to assess quality of the geographical information system and the information database system, and then data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics ( and S.D.).

            Results showed that the overall user satisfaction with the geographical information system and the information database system of Nakhon Pathom Province was at a high level. The users of the geographical information system gave the most satisfaction with the input design aspect ( = 4.43, S.D. = 0.46), next below was the output design aspect ( = 4.09, S.D. = 0.56), and the least satisfaction was the reliability responsiveness aspect ( = 3.98, S.D. = 0.55). Likewise, the users of the information database system were highly satisfied with the output aspect ( = 4.25, S.D. = 0.55), next below was the overall image of the system function ( = 4.21, S.D. = 0.45), and the least was the system procedure.
