ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริการวิชาการแก่สังคม ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏกลุ่มภาคเหนือ

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาบริบทการบริการวิชาการแก่สังคมของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏกลุ่มภาคเหนือ (2) ศึกษาระดับประสิทธิผลการบริการวิชาการแก่สังคมของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏกลุ่มภาคเหนือ (3) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริการวิชาการแก่สังคมของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏกลุ่มภาคเหนือ และ (4) วิเคราะห์แนวทางในการพัฒนา และปรับปรุงการบริการวิชาการแก่สังคมของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏกลุ่มภาคเหนือ

ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสม (Mixed Methodology) โดยใช้การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณเป็นตัวตั้ง และเสริมด้วยการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ประชากรที่ศึกษาคืออาจารย์ผู้ให้บริการวิชาการแก่สังคมของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏกลุ่มภาคเหนือ จำนวน 8 แห่ง จำนวน 516 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่นำมาศึกษาในครั้งนี้ จำนวน 222 คน และเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถาม และสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (In-depth Interview) แล้ววิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าสถิติ ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏที่ให้บริการวิชาการแก่สังคมมากที่สุด มีจำนวน 151 โครงการ รองลงมา มีจำนวน 85 โครงการ และ 76 โครงการ ตามลำดับ (2) ระดับประสิทธิผลการบริการวิชาการแก่สังคมของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏกลุ่มภาคเหนือ มีผลสัมฤทธิ์อยู่ในระดับมากและระดับความพึงพอใจของผู้รับบริการวิชาการต่อประสิทธิผลการบริการวิชาการแก่สังคม อยู่ในระดับมาก (3) ปัจจัยด้านคุณลักษณะอาจารย์ ปัจจัยด้านกระบวนการการมีส่วนร่วม และปัจจัยด้านพฤติกรรมในการทำงาน มีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริการวิชาการแก่สังคมของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏกลุ่มภาคเหนือ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01
(4) แนวทางในการพัฒนาและปรับปรุงการบริการวิชาการแก่สังคมของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏกลุ่มภาคเหนือ คือ การพัฒนาองค์ความรู้เพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพให้อาจารย์ผู้ให้บริการวิชาการมีความรู้ ความเชี่ยวชาญ และความถนัด ที่ดีพอต่อการบริการวิชาการแก่สังคม ส่งเสริมให้มีการบูรณาการงานด้านการบริการวิชาการแก่สังคมให้เป็น ส่วนหนึ่งของการเรียนการสอน ให้ความสำคัญกับการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้มีส่วนได้เสียในการกำหนดแนวทาง การแก้ปัญหา และการประเมินผลสำเร็จของงาน ให้อิสระแก่ผู้บริการวิชาการแก่สังคมให้มีโอกาสเลือกกิจกรรม/โครงการ หรือพื้นที่ที่ให้บริการวิชาการแก่สังคมเพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับความสามารถ ความสนใจ และความถนัดของ ผู้ให้บริการวิชาการแก่สังคม

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to (1) examine the context of the social academic services; (2) study the effectiveness of the social academic services; (3) study factors which had an influence on the effectiveness of the social academic services; and (4) develop guidelines to improve the social academic services of Rajabhat universities in the northern region.

The study, a Mixed Methodology research employed both quantitative and qualitative approaches. The participants were 516 teachers who involved in the social academic services from eight Rajabhat universities in the northern region. Of all these, 222 teachers were chosen as a sampling group. The research tools were questionnaires and in-depth interviews with teachers who gave social academic services and the recipients of the social academic services from Rajabhat universities in the northern region. The data were analyzed by means of percentage, mean, standard deviation, confirmatory factor analysis, Pearson’s product moment coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.

The findings were as follows.

(1) It was found that Rajabhat university with the highest number of social academic services carried out 151 projects and 85 , 76 respectively.

(2) The effectiveness of social academic services and the satisfaction of the recipients of the services were at high level.

(3) Instructor characteristics, participation of academic services and behavior in providing academic services were found to be statistically significant toward the effectiveness of the social academic services at the level of 0.01.

(4) The guidelines to improve the social academic services should include increasing teachers’ skills and knowledge in providing social academic services, integrating social academic services as a part of the learning process, paying attention to the stakeholders in planning, solving the problem as well as evaluation the project, and allowing teachers to choose activities or projects based on their ability and interest.
