ความสามารถเชิงพลวัตที่ส่งต่อความสามารถทางการแข่งขันของธุรกิจส่งออกอาหาร ในประเทศไทย

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของความสามารถเชิงพลวัต ความสามารถ
เชิงปฏิบัติการที่มีผลต่อความสามารถทางการแข่งขันของธุรกิจส่งออกอาหารในประเทศไทย รูปแบบงานวิจัยคืองานวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถามจากบริษัทส่งออกอาหารในประเทศไทย 121 ราย และทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโมเดลสมการโครงสร้าง (Structure Equation Model: SEM) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ความสามารถเชิงพลวัตมีอิทธิพลทางตรงเชิงลบต่อความสามารถทางการแข่งขัน นอกจากนี้ความสามารถเชิงพลวัตมีอิทธิพลทางอ้อมเชิงบวกต่อความสามารถทางการแข่งขันโดยมีความสามารถเชิงปฏิบัติการเป็นตัวคั่นกลาง ผลการวิจัยจะช่วยให้องค์กรสามารถจัดการกับทรัพยากรและความสามารถที่องค์กรมีอยู่อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ดังนั้นหากองค์กรที่ต้องการเพิ่มความสามารถทางการแข่งขัน องค์กรต้องให้ความสำคัญต่อความสามารถเชิงพลวัตภายใต้กระบวนการเรียนรู้และการปรับเปลี่ยนรูปแบบการทำงานผ่านความสามารถเชิงปฏิบัติการเพื่อให้เกิดผลการดำเนินงานที่เหนือคู่แข่ง

The objective of this research is to study the influence of dynamic capability, functional capability affecting competitiveness of Thai food export in Thailand. This research utilized quantitative research and data is collected from questionnaire of 121 Thai food export firms in Thailand. The data is analyzed by structure equation model (SEM). As a result, it showed that dynamic capability has negative direct effect to the competitiveness. However, it also has positive indirect effect to competitiveness through functional competence which is mediator between dynamic capability and competitiveness. The result of this research will help organizations to manage efficiently their resources and capabilities. Therefore, the firms that need to improve their competitiveness, should give precedence to dynamic capability under process of learning and integration through functional capability in their firms for improving their performance better than competitors.
